Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Free shipping is offered on orders over $100.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn and unused
• With all original tags and packaging
• Returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Start a Return

Please contact customer support for approval and return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including custom or sale items, may not be eligible for return.

• Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
• Non-chlorine: bleach as needed
• Tumble dry: low heat
• Iron, steam or dry: medium heat
• Do not dryclean
